Great product and even better service February 2, 2016 Reviewer: joko from Cerritos, CA United States   Ordered the plate frame, but the website was having a problem and didn't let me choose the black or silver frame, when adding to cart -  the picture of the frame on the site was black so I thought that was the default choice.  I should have asked before completing the order.  But after asking for an RMA, they just shipped me a black one and let me keep the silver one anyway, no questions asked, no hassle.  Now that's what I call service.  The frame itself looks so good on my bike with the white LEDs. I would recommend radiantz to anyone and they have earned a customer for life.  I wish all companies operated this way. Was this review helpful to you?
